Fennel is

with water. Chewing fennel or tea prepared from fennel seeds is also relieving
indigestion. It also acts like a mouth freshener.
Apple vinegar has acidic properties but it is also effective in relieving acid. To relieve indigestion, add one teaspoon of raw and unfiltered apple vinegar to a cup of water. After that add one spoon of raw honey to it. Drink this drink two to three times a day. Indigestion will be relieved.
Herbal or green tea of peppermint or chamomile also maintains digestive power. Drinking a cup of herbal tea after eating food digests food quickly and does not store fat in the stomach. In this case, your weight is also right. But normal tea or coffee should be avoided after meals.
